Organization

  •  BEF shall have a Central Committee. Members of the Central Committee shall be active exporters and entrepreneurs with experience, drawn from cluster level leadership
  • The Central Committee shall be the Apex body of the BEF, and the workplan and program implementation of the BEF shall be guided and monitored by the Central Committee
  • The BEF shall be led by a Secretary-General who will be assisted by Advisor(s), and small dedicated secretariat who will provide leadership to BEF, and be responsible for carrying out the annual workplan as finalized by the Central Committee. 
  • Being a grassroots exporters organization, a defining organizational feature of the BEF shall be Cluster level exporter committees who will work closely with the Central Committee and Secretariat to ensure implementation of annual BEF work program, and its overall vision and mission. 

Advisory Committee

Management Committee

The Management Committee provides strategic direction to BEF. It comprises senior industry leaders, exporters, and professionals with extensive experience in international trade and industrial development.

  • Institutional partnerships and collaborations
     
  • Monitoring and evaluation of initiatives

Administration Committee

The Administration Committee ensures smooth functioning, compliance, and execution of BEF initiatives.

  • Coordination with government departments and trade bodies
     
  • Program implementation and oversight
     
  • Documentation, compliance, and reporting
     
  • Member engagement and communications

Experts Committee

Products & Engineering Divisions

The Experts Committee brings together domain specialists to guide sector-specific export strategies and import substitution initiatives.
